The Estate range is made up of straight varietals that the region has forged a reputation for. This fine collection of wine includes Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Noble Riesling.

Proudly varietal and regional, this distinctive range includes a careful selection of the vineyard's quality cool-climate fruit while vinification and processing are scrupulously monitored throughout. The result is wines that taste of the grapes they are made from and true to the vineyard from which they were nurtured.

A floral and citrus-blossom bouquet leads to a generous palate of distinctive varietal character. Fermented with natural yeasts – rare for such a wine in Australia – it features a fine delicate talcy texture with lemon zest and citrus leaf characters amid underlying hints of lavender leading to a fresh, crisp finish. This wine will greatly repay cellaring enthusiasts.
